|
E-mail is the most efficient means
of communication with our office. Because e-mail eliminates
the need for personal availability at the time of contact,
it avoids telephone tag and allows message relays at all
times of the day. If at all possible, please use e-mail as
your primary communication with our office. To contact us by
email, please complete the form located below.
We can also provide video consultation using Skype by
request. Please let us know if you will need this feature.

| To
help us give you the best service possible:
- Give your full name,
first and last. Many clients have the
same or very similar names. Please spell out your last
name to make sure there is no mistake.
- Please let us know the
reason for your call. This will help to
direct your call to the appropriate person and also help
us to have all the information you need available for a
quick response.
- If you have questions
regarding your pending application, ask to speak to your
Case Manager. She will have up-to-date
information about the status of your application and can
often answer most questions relating to the processing
of your case.
- Indicate if you have an
emergency situation. Emergencies might
include: immediate travel, an impending deadline, arrest
by Immigration, or an upcoming Immigration hearing or
interview which requires urgent attention.
- Leave all possible
telephone numbers where you can be reached
and indicate the best time to reach you at specific
numbers. Even if you have called before, leaving your
number will expedite a return call as we will not need
to look up your number.
- If calling after hours,
always clearly state (and spell) your full name,
telephone number and message on the voice mail.
If the message is not clear, we may not be able to
understand and return your call. If you call during
office hours, you will only hear the voice mail if all
six incoming lines are busy. Please either leave a
message or call back in a few minutes.
